About
Hey There!
Hello all, and welcome to the Ask Auntie blog, where we dive deep into matters of the heart, mental health, and ways to live your best life. My name is Tiffany, but you can just call me Auntie. But, not like the O.G. Sam Ramey Aunt May type of Auntie… More like the hot, young, Marissa Tomei type of Auntie. My Marvel fans know what I’m talking about!

All About Me
Anyway, back to what you came here for: trying to figure out who the hell I am to be giving you advice and sharing my opinions in the first place! Even though I studied psychology at the University of Central Oklahoma, and even though I have experience mentoring young women and men, and even though I do my best to keep up to date with the current teachings when it comes to mental health and healthy relationship practices, I believe that my most important lessons have been learned through navigating [around] all of potholes and fuck-ups that I’ve accumulated throughout my life.

Oops! I hope I didn’t offend anyone with my language, there. But, life is dirty…and so is my vocabulary sometimes. If you can get through this life without the utterance of a few “fucks” than you’re doing better than most. On behalf of the rest of us, though, I choose to lean into the chaos, the vulgarity, the highs, and the lows. In this blog, we’re going to be talking about some beautiful and wonderful things. But, we’re also going to trek through the mud and the filth so that we can make it through to the other side with valuable lessons under our belts. Life, love, and passion all have their dark sides. As your surrogate auntie, I hope to be your flashlight through it all, so that you don’t have to stumble through it all by yourself.

Here at the Ask Auntie Blog, I’ll be posting weekly deep-dives into things like navigating the world of dating, how to improve your relationships, dealing with heartbreak, finding and chasing your passions in life, coping with setbacks, and anything else you lovely readers may be struggling with, as well as sharing anecdotes from my own life so that you can learn from my mistakes. I’ll also give you a chance to ask personal questions of your own (anonymously, of course). All you have to do is submit your question HERE and I’ll share my sage advice. And If I don’t know the answer personally, I’ll find it for you! Life is too short to carry the weight of stress all by yourself.

So grab a glass of wine or a tumbler of whiskey, and get ready to dive in!
